Do not lick windows. Do not eat paint chips. Do not bend, fold, spindle, microwave, or attempt to summon demons with our software.
Use your judgment
FREE99 Messenger is provided for lawful communication. Do not use it to harass people, send unlawful material, operate scams, or do anything that would make a reasonable person ask, “What is wrong with you?”
Carrier and third-party services
SMS, MMS, calls, data, contact information, and optional online services depend on your device, carrier, Android, recipients, and third-party providers. Their charges, limits, outages, and terms may apply. We do not control the telephone company, which is probably for the best.
No warranty
FREE99 is provided “as is” and “as available.” We work hard to make it reliable, but no software is perfect. Keep appropriate backups and do not rely on a messaging app as the sole mechanism for emergencies, safety-critical communication, or preventing the moon from crashing into Ohio.
Updates and changes
The app and these terms may change as FREE99 evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date on this page.
